PSV 2-1 Manchester United: Shaw suffers horror injury as Red Devils lose out

Manchester United's return to Champions League action ended in defeat to PSV as the result was overshadowed by a suspected broken leg suffered by Luke Shaw.

Shaw suffered a horrific injury as he was caught by Hector Moreno inside the PSV box before Memphis Depay put the Red Devils ahead with a fine individual strike against his former side.

But the home team fought back and Moreno equalised in first-half stoppage time as his header was deflected in off Daley Blind.

And the Eredivisie champions secured victory as Luciano Narsingh headed in at the back post from Maxime Lestienne's left-wing cross.
