Chelsea have bounced back from successive defeats with an emphatic 4-0 win over Champions League opposition Maccabi Tel Aviv on Wednesday.
Jose Mourinho must have feared he was set for a gruelling 90 minutes at Stamford Bridge when Eden Hazard skied a spot kick, but soon after Willian's attempted cross found the back of the net and Oscar replaced his Belgian team-mate for penalty duties to double the lead.
Substitute striker Diego Costa scored a coolly-controlled volley and central midfielder Cesc Fabregas slotted home a rebound in the second half to put the result beyond any doubt, registering Chelsea's first clean sheet of 2015-16 in the process.
