Netherlands 0-1 Iceland: Robben injured & Martins Indi off as Blind era begins with defeat

Danny Blind's first match in charge of Netherlands ended in defeat as Gylfi Sigurdsson's secured victory for Iceland.

The Oranje lost captain Arjen Robben to a groin injury in the first half before Bruno Martins Indi was sent off for aiming an elbow at Kolbeinn Sighthorsson.

And things went from bad to worse for Blind's side as Sigurdsson converted from the penalty spot early in the second half to leave the hosts struggling to qualify for Euro 2016 automatically.
